Il Natale è appena passato, gli avanzi ci sazieranno fino a Pasqua, ma di dolci non ce n’è mai abbastanza: volete un’alternativa alle classiche ghiottonerie natalizie? Ho la soluzione per voi! Ho preparato questo dolce molto goloso che è velocissimo da fare e necessita di davvero pochi ingredienti.
Allora iniziamo!
Ingredienti:
- 300 ml di panna già zuccherata
- 1 confezione di biscotti Pan di Stelle
- Caffè
- Crema Pan di Stelle q.b.
Preparazione:
Come prima cosa montiamo la panna con l’aiuto delle fruste elettriche e la mettiamo da parte. Poi scegliamo un vassoio a piacere su cui posizioneremo il nostro dolce. A questo punto prendiamo i nostri biscotti, inzuppiamoli velocemente nel caffè e sistemiamoli nel vassoio dando la tipica forma dell’albero di Natale.
Dopodiché aggiungiamo la crema Pan di Stelle sopra i biscotti aiutandoci con un cucchiaino. Se la crema è troppo densa, per facilitarvi il lavoro potete mettere il barattolo dentro un pentolino d’acqua calda, in questo modo sarà più facile da posizionare. A questo punto facciamo un altro strato sempre nella stessa sequenza: biscotti e caffè, crema Pan di Stelle e panna. Come ultimo strato mettiamo i biscotti non inzuppati nel caffè. Come decorazione finale, possiamo creare dei ciuffetti di panna per riempire gli spazi tra un biscotti e l’altro.
