Il 24 agosto si è tenuto il concerto di Le Cose Importanti, in apertura della band gli Atlante, al Parco Roccolo. Il gruppo di Koinervetti li ha incontrati dopo il concerto e ci ha scambiato due parole, buona lettura.
K: Ciao ragazzi, come state? E soprattutto, com’è andato il viaggio?
LCI: Siamo abbastanza stanchi, ma contenti. Il viaggio invece è stato molto lungo, c’era un po’ di traffico, però appena siamo arrivati al parco Roccolo abbiamo visto com’era la situazione e ci siamo ripresi subito. Abbiamo rischiato molto di non suonare perché per la strada pioveva molto ma poi il tutto si è calmato.
K: Come nasce il progetto?
LCI: Nasce in camera mia (Giada). Stavo passando un periodo molto particolare ed ho iniziato a scrivere. Ho cominciato a comporre dei pezzi, e li ho fatti ascoltare alla mia amica Ilenia, siamo amiche da più di 10 anni, e mi ha consigliato di proporli. Quindi ci siamo rimboccate le maniche e piano piano abbiamo completato il progetto con gli altri membri della band.
K: Quali sono le esperienze musicali che ricordate con affetto?
LCI: Sicuramente il festival che abbiamo fatto a Ferrara per Federico Aldrovandi organizzato da Giorgio Canali, l’apertura per Fabrizio Moro a Taranto. Sono state delle esperienze che ci hanno formato molto.
K: Quali sono i progetti per il futuro?
LCI: Di sicuro suonare tantissimo, cercare di incastrare bene le cose e studiare tanto. Riguardo al disco sarà un progetto molto futuro, per ora, vogliamo far uscire un episodio alla volta, un singolo per volta accompagnato anche da un video clip, crediamo che sia la cosa migliore per il momento.
K: Quali sono le influenze che predominano nel vostro sound?
LCI: Oddio non saprei, c’è un bel miscuglio di roba, per esempio i The Cure, Daughter, Verdena, insomma, tutte queste cose un po’ malaticce. Però da una parte suoniamo quello che ci passa per la testa, e magari si discosta molto dalle nostre influenze musicali, però l’importante è che rimaniamo noi.
K: Avete un luogo dove vi piacerebbe tanto suonare? Che magari si addice molto al vostro modo di fare?
LCI: A noi piace portare la nostra musica ovunque, la cosa più important è il saper condividere, perchè la musica è condivisione, quindi più la condividi più ti senti gratificato. Lo facciamo proprio per questo, per entrare in contatto con il pubblico, con il mondo. E’ una cosa bellissima, ne vale veramente la pena. Poi stasera poter suonare qua al Parco Roccolo… Sembra di stare a casa! Trovarsi immersi nella natura è fantasctico, anche perchè ci siamo molto legati. E’ un luogo suggestivo, ci eravamo informati prima di venire.
